Always aiming at customer satisfaction, Sulcarbon has developed a rigid quality control inspection of its products. This control is made possible by means of microscopic analysis of particles shape and measuring the density of the raw materials used, as well as by means of a final inspection of the dimensions and physical properties of the finished product.

To help achieve reliable results, a battery of tests were built in order to submit the carbon brushes and brush holders to loads and conditions of use similar to those in real life. The results go into an internal database thus enabling constant improvements.

New technologies and equipments are being sought abroad to open new horizons, allowing Sulcarbon to be faithful to its purpose of inserting itself in world markets, and so, being the only one hundred percent Brazilian carbon brush manufacturer with first world technology.
